In the game's world, mankind has gone extinct, leaving behind machines fueled by blood. As resources dwindle, these machines descend into Hell in search of more. Players must utilize various movement abilities to evade attacks from the dead, demons, and other machines. An arsenal of powerful weapons, each with multiple variations, is available to players. Players can regain health by absorbing the blood of their enemies.
ULTRAKILL features a main story that takes approximately 5 hours to complete. Adding in extra content increases the playtime to 12 hours. A completionist playthrough will take around 38 hours.
