How to Activate an Epic Games Key

Via the Epic Games Launcher:

1. Open the Epic Games Launcher on your PC or Mac and log in to your account.
2. In the bottom-left corner, click your username, then choose “Redeem Code” from the menu.
3. Enter your product key and click “Redeem”.
4. If successful, the game will be added to your Library.

Via a Web Browser:

1. Go to the Epic Games Redeem page.
2. Log in to your Epic Games account.
3. Enter your key in the field provided and click “Redeem”.
4. The game will be added to your Library and available to install from the Launcher.

Troubleshooting Tips

• Make sure you're entering the key exactly as provided (watch for similar characters like 0 vs O).
• If you get an error, double-check that the key hasn’t already been redeemed or expired.
• Epic Games Store keys are region-locked in some cases—ensure your region matches the key's restrictions.
