Here we are, in December. You all know what that means. Developers of all our favorite games are doing the last streams, posts, producers’ letters, and the like of the year. In the case of Digital Extremes, that means that latest Warframe Devstream was the last one of 2024.
The nearly hour-and-forty-five minute stream offered players of the shooter all kinds of information, ranging from a new charity milestone – this one benefiting The Princes Margaret Cancer Foundation, to gameplay information on Warframe: 1999. The devs also revealed during the stream that the anime short being done in collaboration with THE LINE will release on December 5. That’s just two days away.
What information the devs didn’t reveal about Warframe: 1999 during the stream – such as its launch date – will be revealed on December 12. Developers have to have something to announce during The Game Awards.
That said, there were apparently a few things the dev team did mean to share during the devstream. Unfortunately, it was overlooked. On the upside, they were able to cover it in the latest Devshorts video.
TennoCon 2025 now has a date, too. The event will take place July 18th and 19th and we can expect ticket sales dates and more information on the plans in the January DevStream.
