Genshin Impact’s Sandbox Mode Arrives In The Latest Update

Genshin Impact’s latest update, Luna II dropped today, continuing the action RPG’s adventures in Nod-Krai. The forces are gathering to take on Rerir and deal with the thread of the Wild Hunt. It’s a big story content drop with several of our favorite characters – as well as the first appearance of some we’ve heard about many times before.

This update isn’t just a story update, however. It also introduces the new sandbox game mode “Miliastra Wonderland”. Players can now hop into the mode, create their character and begin creating their own playable content to share with others. Of course, they can also choose to try out other player’s content first.

Those who aren’t sure what to create, the mode comes with templates to get players started. As for what to build with, the devs have supplied players with assets from the main game to work with. Players who complete certain tasks will earn rewards in the new mode – including cosmetic items for their Miliastra Wonderland character. So, even if you’re not much of a builder, it should be worth it to check it out.
