Global MapleStory Classic World Officially Launched Today

Today, Nexon officially opened MapleStory Classic World to the global audience. The free-to-play MMORPG takes players new and old back to to the early days of MapleStory. They’ll get a taste of the original game’s gameplay, including character progression and job advancements while benefiting from new features designed for modern audiences.

Nostalgic experiences aside, MapleStory Classic World isn’t intended to replace the original MapleStory. Instead, the games are intended to compliment each other. MapleStory will continue to offer the experience players know and love while Classic World is designed to give players a “more relaxed and social experience”.
