Today, Gameforge announced the next big update for Aion Classic EU. Update 2.5, otherwise known as “Lady Siel’s Call”, is slated to drop later this year, bringing with it new gear and content for both PvE and PvP players in the MMORPG.
One of the bigger features coming in this update is the Tempus instance. This is the hidden laboratory where Tiamat experimented on Siel’s Relic. It includes the Drana Lab, the Circular Prison Camp, and the Tempus Workshop. The prison camp held the subjects of her experiments while the workshop is where the Drakan mass produce time-altering devices.
Tempus isn’t the only instance being introduced in update 2.5. There are three other instances, including the Deathly Chamber and the Crucible Challenge. Most of the new instances require a character level of 50 or higher. The Crucible, however, has no level restrictions listed.
The new update will also introduce new mechanics. Among these is a new system that adds stats and effects to specific items in Sanctification. New world bosses will be introduced in the Silentera Canyon. New Tempus-related missions have been added, too.
