MapleStory Stargazer Dave the Diver

The second part of MapleStory’s summer “Stargazer” update is now live, featuring a crossover with Nexon’s RPG Dave the Diver.

This collaboration introduces themed mini-games, story missions, and event systems. Players of the free-to-play MMORPG can join Dave, Cobra, and Bancho in “Save the Diver,” completing missions to upgrade diving gear, unlock critter hunts, and power up Bancho Sushi. In “Blue Hole Exploration,” they’ll suit up to explore underwater environments using fishing mechanics and unlock new content along the way.

Then there’s the sushi restaurant phase, where players prepare meals and serve customers in a nod to Dave the Diver’s management system. Fish caught are tracked through the “Blue Hole Codex,” rewarding exclusive cosmetics and bonuses for completion. Event progression ends August 26, but mini-games remain available until September 23.
