Palia’s Latest Update Is A Festival Of Flowers

Flowers may not seem like a big deal in a lot of games. Mostly, they’re just there to give you something to look at, or something to collect to turn into potions and the like. But in cozy MMORPGs, flowers and plants in general can be a big deal.

So, it probably shouldn’t be a surprise that Singularity Six is hyping up Palia’s Botanical Bliss update, which is full of floral goodness. The update introduces new plants to the game, as well as flower-themed items like nameplates. There’s even a Flower Bloom event taking place.

During this event, players will take part in a cooperative effort to help a special plant thrive in Killma. Players can take part on their own or work directly with others, tending plants, pulling weeds, and the like. This is a daily activity that begins at noon every day, and anyone – even the newest players – can take part.

Of course, the update also introduces other items and features, such as the Bulletin Board. This feature offers smaller narrative quests and offers ways to earn new rewards as well as complete community objectives. Before players can access this feature, they’ll need to complete a quest offered by Kenli, who will appear on the players’ plots with the quest.
