Star Trek Online Announces Launch Of Upcoming “Undiscovered” Season

Cryptic Studios announced the next season of the free-to-play sci-fi MMORPG Star Trek Online today. The new season, titled “Undiscovered” is dropping across PC, Xbox, and PlayStation on July 7. The update revisits the early game lore with a “re-imagining” of “The Ultimate Klingon” story arc with the Voyager’s Doctor and Lieutenant Miral Paris in the new “The Kuvah’Magh” episode.

The update also introduces a new Deep Space Encounter which allows players to explore Sector Space in a new way. Players can travel the various quadrants, find new missions, random enemies, and more. Just exploring like this will earn players new bonus Endeavor XP and Daily Event Progress.

The Deep Space Encounters are also part of the new Undiscovered event, along with TFOs, in which players can the Klingon warship K’Vort Temporal Flight Deck Raptor seen in The Next Generation and Lower Decks.
