We all know that survival games and zombies often go hand in rotted hand, and Surroundead is no exception. The early access game started life in 2022 as a modest hit before exploding over the past couple months. And now the game is adding even more for players to enjoy, including more difficulty modes and items. Oh, and even more zombies.
