TikTok VPN usage is booming ahead of the ban - how to get set up

It is looking increasingly likely that the US might ban TikTok before the month is out, if not the end of this very week. As such, many are opting to use a TikTok VPN to ensure that they can continue to access it. What else are they supposed to do? Scroll through videos on Instagram or YouTube like an absolute fossil? (No disrespect to absolute fossils, I'm one of you).
