Ubisoft secretly improves Assassin's Creed Shadows parkour ahead of more changes

The latest Assassin's Creed Shadows update makes a sneaky but crucial change to the parkour system, one that Ubisoft seemingly tried to slip by players. The Far Cry and Rainbow Six Siege studio has a huge roadmap of plans for its feudal RPG, but admits that it just couldn't wait to include a “subtle increase” to free running ahead of time. You won't find these improvements in any patch notes, but luckily there's footage of exactly what's changed.
