The first batch of Seasonal content is now available in Wargaming’s tactical vehicle shooter World of Tanks: HEAT. Titled “Lost Eden”, the new season introduces a new Agent and a new map. The Agent, Flair, has two deception-based tanks. The first is the Leopard 2FK which can disguise itself as wreckage while in motion. It also features Electro-Optical Jammers to help cut back on the enemy’s accuracy. The other tank, the Leopard TKST is also difficult to detect and uses EMP Trap drop to slow down enemies.
Players looking to give Flair and her tanks a go will want somewhere to do it. The new map, New Eden should be a good place for that. The center of this desert map is a long-abandoned agricultural mega-project filled with huge biodomes. As a result the map allows for both long-range duels and close-quarter fights.
Accompanying the update is a new battle pass, slated to run to September 2. All the rewards in the pass can be earned via normal play. A Premium Battle Pass is available for 1000 HEAT-Coins, allowing players to unlock rewards in the order they choose.
In addition, players can expect some quality-of-life updates around mid-July. This will include things players have been asking for, such as the ability to test drive vehicles before buying t hem and Credit boosts for all players.
