Players take on the role of Ted, a responsible citizen and family man, who must face a nuclear apocalypse. With only 60 seconds left before impact, players guide Ted through his house in search of his family and useful supplies. The house layout changes each time you play, adding an element of unpredictability to the experience.

Reaching the fallout shelter in time is only the beginning. Players will need to ration food, hunt mutant cockroaches, and make difficult decisions to survive. The main story can be completed in approximately 2 hours. If players choose to explore all the extras, the playtime increases to 6 hours. For completionists, it takes around 30 hours to experience everything the game has to offer.
