About

Arzette: The Jewel of Faramore is an indie action RPG and platformer developed by Seedy Eye Software and published by Limited Run Games. Released on February 13, 2024, this single-player title offers a retro experience that functions as an interactive adventure. Players control the resourceful Princess Arzette in her quest to restore harmony to the Kingdom of Faramore after ten years of peace are shattered by the return of the evil Daimur. The game presents a sprawling world filled with diverse locations where players can uncover mysteries and objectives by speaking with locals. You acquire powerful items and abilities through exploration and by helping those in need while navigating areas filled with villainy and secrets. The production features hand-painted backgrounds, incredible sprite art, and fully voice-acted cartoon cinematics with a colorful cast of characters. Veteran developers including artist Rob Dunlavey and composer Jake Silverman contribute to the project alongside voice talent Jeffrey Rath and Bonnie Jean Wilbur. The main story takes approximately three hours to complete, while adding extras extends playtime to four hours. A completionist run requires about six hours to finish all available content in this interactive gaming experience.
