If any part of the operation breaks, players must quickly manage cash flow before their treasury runs out and unpaid workers cause issues. You can hire workers, keep them happy, fed, and paid, or choose to colonize other islands to expand operations. The game offers a main story length of six hours, with additional content extending playtime to eleven hours. Completing all objectives requires approximately eighteen hours of gameplay.
