Botany Manor is an indie adventure and puzzle title developed by Balloon Studios and published by Whitethorn Games. The game was released on April 9, 2024. Players take on the role of Arabella Greene, a retired botanist living in a stately home in 19th century England. The setting is a Victorian English manor located within a beautiful countryside. You explore various rooms and gardens inside the house to research how to grow rare plant specimens from seed. Your goal is to finish your botanical research book titled Forgotten Flora by figuring out the ideal habitat for forgotten flora. The environment contains many mysterious clues, including books, posters, letters, and fascinating Victorian contraptions. Some of the plants you encounter are fantastical but inspired by real phenomena in nature. To succeed, you must think outside the box to create the ideal conditions for each plant using available resources. The game supports controller input for navigation and interaction. This single-player experience focuses on discovery within a complete historical English manor and its grounds.
