Players control bounty hunter Lily as she fends off hordes of enemies while navigating the game's exploration mechanics. The experience combines action elements with adventure components typical of the Metroidvania genre. The gameplay involves receiving H attacks that strip nearby enemies and grant temporary invincibility to the player. Some enemies possess hearts floating above them, which can restrict movement if they catch the character. Treasure chests may contain succubi capable of firing a horny beam that disables combat abilities and limits movement. To resolve these situations, players can use recovery medicine or masturbate to climax. Progression is driven by taking quests from the guild in town to advance the story. Players level up at the Inn by defeating enemies to earn points for increasing their capabilities. These points allow customization of the build toward an attacking focus, magic focus, or tank role.
