About
Coffee Talk is developed and published by Toge Productions. It was released on January 28, 2020. The game is categorized as an indie title, along with visual novel, adventure, simulation, and casual genres. Players can enjoy Coffee Talk in single-player mode. A demo version of the game is available for download. The game takes place in an alternative version of Seattle where humans coexist with fantasy races such as elves, orcs, and mermaids. Players will encounter a variety of characters, including those involved in a dramatic love story between an elf and a succubus, and an alien trying to understand human life. The storylines branch based on how players serve their café customers rather than through dialogue choices. Coffee Talk features 90's anime-inspired pixel art visuals and a color palette designed to create a relaxing atmosphere. Jazzy and lo-fi music accompanies the gameplay, enhancing the late-night cafe setting. Players can expect to spend approximately four hours completing the main story, six hours including additional content, and eight hours for a completionist playthrough.
