What is Cossacks 3?
Cossacks 3 is a return to classic RTS gameplay. Players can obtain resources, build cities, and research technologies while commanding armies in historical warfare on land and sea. The game features five single-player campaigns based on events from the 17th and 18th centuries. These campaigns include battles like the liberation of Turin from French forces, the Ottoman defeat at Khotyn, the English rebellion at Edgehill, the defense of Mogilev against Polish troops, and establishing dominance at la Manche.
Players can command massive armies with up to 32,000 units on the battlefield simultaneously. There are 20 unique nations, 100 research opportunities, over 220 different historical buildings, and 120 unit types available. Cossacks 3 offers both single-player and multiplayer modes, as well as a cooperative mode. The main story can be completed in approximately 34 hours. A completionist playthrough would take around 105 hours.
