About

Demonschool is a new-style tactics RPG developed by Necrosoft Games and published by Ysbryd Games, scheduled for release on November 19, 2025. This single-player game blends tactical strategy with role-playing elements in a turn-based format set between the human and demon worlds. Players take on the role of Faye and her misfit companions as they navigate university life on a mysterious island. The narrative features a light horror tone presented through huge avatars while offering plenty of side quests to explore. Combat mechanics allow players to rewind any action during the planning phase to create combos that dispatch foes effectively. Units interact contextually with their environment, enabling enemies to be struck, objects to be moved, or characters to simply dash. Players can plan movements at their leisure and execute them all at once for strategic advantage. Buffing friendlies and debuffing enemies compounds damage output, while combo attacks produce unique elemental effects to exploit weaknesses. The game includes a scheduling system where players plan their school schedule to level characters and build skills over time. This progression occurs across a university semester that unfolds morning, noon, and night from day to day and week to week. Players can gain new teammates and enhance relationships with 15 different characters depending on who they choose to pursue. Note the damage numbers displayed during battles as you manage your team's abilities and interactions throughout the semester.
