About

EA SPORTS PGA TOUR is published by Electronic Arts and developed by their Tiburon studio. This sports title was released on April 6, 2023, and combines elements of both sports and RPG genres. The game offers access to single-player modes as well as multi-player and co-op options for various gameplay styles. Players can tee off at Augusta National to compete for a Green Jacket within the Masters Tournament section. Unique challenges and quests inspired by the event allow users to complete specific objectives on the course. Customization is available through golf gear drops that let players modify their golfer's appearance and equipment. The experience relies on Pure Strike technology powered by ShotLink data to deliver fluid swings and realistic course access. The title serves as the exclusive home for the Majors, including the PGA Championship, U.S. Open Championship, and The Open Championship alongside the Masters. Online tournaments are included to let players test their skills against others in a competitive environment.
