About
Flyout is an indie simulation title developed and published by Stonext Games, released on November 17, 2023. The game focuses on building and flying realistic aircraft through a single-player experience. Players can use free-form fuselage and wing editor tools to recreate aircraft from any era or design their own custom models. Engine tuning allows users to configure turbines, ramjets, piston engines, and electric motors for specific needs. The in-game modeling tools support material and texture settings alongside paint tools and the import of custom decals. Users can add configurable propellers and rotors that connect to engines via a gearbox, as well as set up control surfaces and landing gear. Fly-by-wire settings and joint inputs are available for detailed configuration within the editor. Basic cockpit interior parts can be included, and reference images may be imported to create replicas. The game features realistic physics, sound, and effects during test flights around an earth-sized procedurally generated planet.
