About
FOREWARNED is an indie action adventure title published and developed by Dreambyte Games, released on September 10, 2021. The game supports single-player modes as well as co-op experiences for one to four players. Players can join a public lobby online or play with a specific group of friends in local sessions. The narrative takes place within haunted ancient Egyptian tombs where archaeologists investigate phenomena and collect treasure. Participants must discover lore while surviving danger to banish the evil lurking inside the ruins. The primary objective involves identifying the name of the mummy haunting the site before entering the inner chamber. Retrieving a sacred relic is another key goal alongside gathering any other items found during the expedition. Combat encounters involve physical manifestations from cursed Mejai that attempt to prevent escape from the tombs. Each Mejai possesses unique characteristics and abilities that players must overcome during gameplay. The main story length for the game is approximately three hours.
