About
Galactic Mining Corp is an indie action adventure simulation developed and published by Windybeard. This single-player title was released on May 18, 2021, and functions as a rogue-lite game centered around crafting and base building. Players head into uncharted space to discover various locations that can be exploited for riches. The core loop involves using profits to expand the headquarters while hiring a workforce of over 70 crew members with unique stats from across the galaxy. These crew members pilot drills and power up the base, allowing players to obtain new drill components and upgrade existing systems. Every item collected, from drilled mud to strange space bananas, is used to research new facilities or work in HQ store rooms. The game serves as a successor to Geo and focuses on locating and upgrading new drills with amazing perks. All gathered resources contribute to increasing player powers and expanding the intergalactic mining corporation further.
