The main story takes place almost entirely in front of a fireplace. It's about looking up out of the chimney and the cold world just on the other side of the wall.
Little Inferno was nominated for three awards at the Independent Games Festival including the Seumas McNally grand prize, Technical Excellence Award, and Nuovo Award. It also received Honorable Mentions in Design and Audio. The game was made by three people with no office, publishers, or funding. There are no in-app purchases, spam, upselling, or ads.
The main story takes about 3 hours to complete. If you include extras, it will take around 4 hours. A completionist playthrough will take approximately 5 hours.
