It presents itself as a first-person 3D game within the quest and horror genres. Players assume the role of a victim caught by a maniac who is suffering and hungry for new blood. You find yourself trapped in a metal cage inside an old abandoned house located in the forest. Your primary objective is to escape this nightmare and get away from the location as far as possible. Success depends on moving quietly so the maniac does not notice your attempt to leave. If he hears you, he will come to check if everything is in place before you can hide evidence of your escape. You must return to the cage quickly to avoid being found out. The main story takes approximately four hours to complete.
