MISERY is an indie survival game developed by Platypus Entertainment and published by Ytopia. It will be released on October 23, 2025. The game features both single-player and multiplayer modes, allowing for up to five players to cooperate. MISERY blends action, adventure, and simulation elements within its gameplay.

Players take on the role of PMCs tasked with guarding a secret research institute in the Republic of Zaslavie. The institute, known as SIRZEZ, was established before the war to study anomalies and artifacts. These artifacts ultimately became a point of contention between international military blocs, leading to nuclear war. The game begins with a siren warning of an incoming nuclear bomb, giving players 60 seconds to gather supplies and reach safety in the bunker.

Survival then becomes the primary objective as players venture into the Exclusion Zone each day. They will explore procedurally generated locations such as abandoned military bases, research stations, radioactive wastelands, and ruined cities.
