About
You are invited to join The Primate Observation Club, a shadowy group that observes other people through surveillance cameras and compromised webcams. As the newest member of this organization, you will observe the lives of dozens of strangers who have fallen prey to your voyeurism. Your role involves carefully analyzing the information obtained from these subjects while managing your own dull existence and boring job. The game features single-player gameplay where you must adhere to a simple rule: feeding the monkeys is strictly prohibited. Interacting or interfering with the subjects in any way is considered a violation of this core mechanic. Club members often ignore this restriction, but it remains up to you whether to follow instructions or break the rules. Released on October 22, 2018 by Alawar Entertainment and developed by Fictiorama Studios, the title falls under the Indie, Strategy, and Simulation genres. The main story takes approximately four hours to complete, while including extras extends playtime to eight hours. A completionist run requires about eighteen hours of engagement with the game's systems. The experience is rated MATURE due to its focus on voyeurism as a central theme. You can choose to help those you are spying on, extort them, expose them, or sabotage their dreams. Alternatively, you may follow your instructions and sit twiddling your thumbs while the world burns around you.
