Two humans and a mutant rebel fight to stop this madness in a world ruled by these new overlords. Players can choose from three main characters, each with distinct abilities and backgrounds. Gal is an expert in kick-boxing-derived martial arts who relies on speed, agility, and endurance to avoid attacks from multiple foes. Ricardo acts as a minotaur human-rights activist and powerful wrestler with amazing power and endurance, though he lacks the speed of his comrades. F. Norris is a runaway ninja who mastered "the forbidden technique" and offers a combination of reach, power, and speed despite being more fragile than the others. The game features an explosive combo system where characters perform skillful juggle-based combos that can cause enemies to blow up into pieces. Controls are simplified to three buttons for attack, jump, and special attack, allowing players to combine movements for amazing results. The difficulty focuses on mastering character moves and dealing with tough enemies rather than unfair rules or bad controls. A parry system allows players to take advantage even in dangerous situations. Arcade mode routes can be finished in less than one hour if the player has mastered the mechanics. Each possible route offers alternative paths, cutscenes, and endings that change based on selected characters and player decisions. The full moveset for every character is available from the start, removing the need to level up abilities or worry about RPG elements. There are no easy ways to increment scores, as they are directly related to player skills. Unlockables include extra content such as character costumes, additional difficulty settings, more gameplay speeds, new game modes, and new characters to use. Players can earn in-game coins with their scores to access these extras, including more than 20 unlockable characters for extra modes. The game includes a training mode where players practice techniques and combos while earning new belts. A speedrun timer gadget compares current stage times against the player's best ones, excluding cutscene time.
