Timelie is an indie adventure puzzle strategy title developed and published by Urnique Studio. Released on May 20, 2020, this single-player experience lets players control time much like a media player interface. The core gameplay involves perceiving future events to plan escape strategies from the past while sneaking past enemies. Players manipulate time through a companionship journey featuring a mysterious cat and a little girl who possesses precognitive power. The Timeline ability allows users to drag the timeline left to rewind actions and undo mistakes or drag it right to watch the future unfold for valuable information. This mechanic enables players to change their past decisions based on what they see coming next. Users control both the girl and the cat simultaneously, timing their movements and actions to complement each other effectively. These coordinated efforts help them escape detection, distract enemies, and ultimately leave the world they are trapped in. The main story runs for approximately five hours of gameplay. Adding extras extends the experience to around six hours total. Completing all aspects of the game takes about seven hours.
