About
Oddworld: New 'n' Tasty Soundtrack Edition is an indie action adventure developed by Just Add Water (Developments), Ltd. and published by Oddworld Inhabitants, Inc. The title was released on February 25, 2015 as a single-player experience that uses next-generation technology to recreate the original Abe's Oddysee. Players can enjoy enhanced audio alongside improved gameplay mechanics within this rebuilt version of the classic story. The narrative follows Abe, who worked as a floor waxer at a meat processing plant before discovering his boss plans to convert the slave labor force into novelty meat snacks. After narrowly escaping the factory grinders, Abe must continue his journey through ancient ruins while dodging carnivorous beasts and avoiding guards with trigger-happy weapons. This recooked take on the adventure allows players to explore deeper gameplay elements as Abe seeks to discover his destiny beyond the flesh farm.
