About
Darwin Project is an action indie title developed and published by Scavengers Studio that released on January 13, 2020. The game features multi-player gameplay where ten inmates must survive harsh elements while tracking one another in a battle royale format. Players fight to be the last survivor by crafting tools and utilizing social skills within the match. The setting is a dystopian post-apocalyptic landscape located in the Northern Canadian Rockies, prepared for an impending Ice Age. The project functions as both a science experiment and live entertainment, challenging participants to survive cold weather and engage in combat to the death. A Show Director influences the match dynamics, while Spectator Interactions allow viewers to impact the game through voting and betting systems.
