Dream Daddy: A Dad Dating Simulator is an indie, simulation, and casual title released on July 20, 2017 by Game Grumps. The single-player experience lets you play as a Dad who moves into the seaside town of Maple Bay with your daughter. Upon arrival, you discover that every neighbor in the neighborhood is a single, dateable Dad. Your objective is to meet and romance these various characters, including Teacher Dad, Goth Dad, and Bad Dad. The game offers multiple endings for each of the seven dateable Dads available in the roster. Players can create their own Dadsona using the built-in character creator to customize their appearance. The narrative includes minigames and sidequests that lead down a variety of paths depending on player choices. Voice work is provided by Game Grumps and friends, while the story was written and created by Leighton Gray and Vernon Shaw. Tyler J. Hutchison directed the game, with artwork and pinups contributed by Shanen Pae, J.N. Wiedle, Anna, and others. The main story takes approximately five hours to complete on a standard playthrough. Adding extras extends the experience to about ten hours for most players. Those pursuing every ending and option can expect a completionist run lasting around thirteen hours.
