About
Infection Free Zone is an indie game developed by Jutsu Games and published by Games Operators. It was released on April 11, 2024. The game combines action, strategy, and simulation elements. Players can choose to play Infection Free Zone in single-player mode. The world of Infection Free Zone has been ravaged by "The Mad Virus," which spread quickly and caused societal collapse. Cities are now deserted, lacking electricity, water, and food. Players take on the role of a survivor tasked with establishing an "Infection Free Zone" in any real-world location they choose. Using OpenStreetMap's real-world data, players can select a city or town and download its map to use in the game. They must then rebuild and adapt existing structures to create a self-sustaining settlement. Players will need to establish shelters, production facilities, farms, power houses, and defenses such as walls, gates, and towers.
