About
Lust for Darkness is an indie adventure title published by Movie Games S.A. and developed by Movie Games Lunarium. The game was released on June 12, 2018, and features a single-player experience. It combines elements of psychological horror with erotic and occult themes. The narrative follows Jonathan Moon, who receives a letter from his wife after she went missing a year prior. He travels to a secluded mansion where an eldritch ceremony is taking place. This event opens gates to another world known as Lusst'ghaa. The story moves between a Victorian mansion and this alien dimension filled with otherworldly creatures. Lusst'ghaa was once similar to Earth before its inhabitants chose total degeneration through experiments. These transformations allowed them to constantly experience carnal delights, leading to a landscape overgrown with alien vegetation. Monstrosities now squirm within this perverse land inspired by Lovecraft's works and paintings of Zdzisław Beksiński.
