About
Press X to Not Die is an indie action title developed and published by All Seeing Eye Games, released on October 6, 2017. This single-player experience functions as a live-action interactive movie adventure where players navigate a town in chaos after everyone begins attacking one another. Survival depends on following a cryptic message that instructs the player to press X to avoid death. The game features over 35 minutes of HD footage with graphics designed to resemble real life. Players must survive the streets, locate their girlfriend, and discover what caused the madness before escaping town. The branching storyline allows choices to reflect on the narrative, while a dynamic dialogue system constructs spoken sentences based on player actions and performance. There are 29 unique ways to die within the game, and a feature called 1994 Mode is included for re-rendering content.
