The game focuses heavily on the antagonist, Saiko Chan, and her playful AI behavior toward the player character known as Senpai. Her artificial intelligence operates in two distinct states due to DID, which creates a unique survival experience compared to other titles in the genre. In the Yandere State, she is not directly hostile but will attempt to stop your progression by slowing you down through various means. When switching to the Yangire State, her behavior becomes very hostile as she seeks to kill you before you have a chance to escape. Players can expect the main story to take approximately two hours to complete, while including extras extends the playtime to fourteen hours.
