A religious organization known as Shuten Order emerges within this setting, seeking the conclusion of human existence. They establish a small nation state that grows rapidly by attracting followers. During a grand festival celebrating their founding, the leader of the group is murdered in a strange incident. The protagonist awakens with no memory after this event and is greeted by two individuals calling themselves angels. These figures reveal that the protagonist is the murdered Founder who has been revived by divine power. However, this resurrection remains incomplete, resulting in lost memories and a life limited to four days. To survive this situation, the character must face what is referred to as God's trial.
