About
The Ball is an indie action-adventure title developed by Teotl Studios and published by Tripwire Interactive. The experience focuses entirely on a single-player campaign where players take on the role of an archaeologist. You begin working on the slopes of a dormant volcano in Mexico before becoming trapped inside a cavern. Quickly realizing the location is more than a simple cave, you uncover ancient ruins hidden from outsiders for centuries. Within these ruins lies a mysterious artifact known as a gold and metal shelled Ball that requires your attention. Your goal involves unlocking the secrets of this artifact while learning to control its functions. As you move deeper into the volcano, you face various strange creatures alongside puzzles and traps. Solving the mystery of the place reveals some of mankind's greatest secrets over time. The main story takes approximately six hours to complete, with extras extending the experience to eight hours. Players aiming for full completion can expect to spend about fourteen hours exploring all content.
