This game serves as the final entry in the Orochi Saga, which established the original storyline for the series that remains popular with fans globally. Players can access both single-player and multi-player modes within this fighting game experience. The roster includes a total of 35 playable characters, featuring six secret figures from the NEOGEO version available from the start. The game offers two distinct difficulty settings known as ADVANCED and EXTRA modes to accommodate various playstyles. New additions include an online matchmaking system, a dedicated gallery mode, and custom menu background music options.
