About
The Wardrobe - Even Better Edition is an indie adventure developed by CINIC Games and published by Gamera Interactive. This title was released on February 15, 2017, and offers a single-player experience for players to enjoy. The game draws inspiration from classic titles like Monkey Island, Day of the Tentacle, Tony Tough, and Sam & Max: Hit the Road. It combines a strong sense of humor with mature and non-politically correct themes that are not shy about addressing serious subjects. The narrative begins five years prior during a picnic arranged by Ronald and his best friend Skinny. Things change when Ronald pulls two tiny plums from his basket, one for each of them. Skinny eats one without knowing he has a deadly allergy to plums, leading to immediate anaphylactic shock and sudden death. Ronald runs away in terror, but when he wakes up, Skinny has transformed into a skeleton. He is now sentenced to live forever inside Ronald's bedroom wardrobe. Skinny watches over his friend constantly without Ronald's knowledge until the story takes a turn. To save his best friend's soul from eternal damnation, Skinny must reveal himself. He is forced to make Ronald admit to his crime regarding the plums. This revelation marks a significant change in their dynamic as the plot moves forward.Read moreShow less
