About
Vanishing Realms is an action role-playing adventure developed and published by Indimo Labs LLC. The title was released on August 23, 2019, as a single-player experience built specifically for virtual reality hardware. Players utilize one-to-one motion controls to physically swing, duck, and block rather than pressing buttons. This design allows users to feel fully present while wielding weapons directly in their hands. The game takes place within a hand-crafted realm featuring ancient tombs, moonlit forests, and mystic domains. Visitors can explore these areas to find treasure chests, read magical writings, and locate lost artifacts. A horde of undead foes and banished gods populate the world alongside weapon shops for upgrading gear. Combat involves face-to-face melee encounters where players must seek openings in enemy armor and defenses. Success depends on learning to hold weapons correctly and striking back against life-sized monsters. The setting includes elements such as outwitted magical wards and sorcery used to take on denizens of the Undead Realm. All content is presented through a virtual reality lens that emphasizes physical movement over traditional input methods.
