To increase prestige levels, players should look for unique orders that pay a premium, such as creating a ring for a baron's daughter or forging a sword for a wandering knight. Managing employees involves handling different skill sets, salary levels, needs, and personalities to keep them happy. Building special facilities and installing amenities helps maintain worker satisfaction while decorating their rooms. Equipping workers with special tools speeds up work, and adding new books to the library improves their craft. The main story takes about five hours to complete, while playing the main story plus extras extends the experience to sixteen hours.
