About
Super Meat Boy Forever is an action, indie, adventure, and platformer game published and developed by Team Meat. The title was released on January 10, 2022, and features single-player gameplay. In this auto-runner experience, Meat Boy runs continuously without the ability to stop or pause. Players navigate through familiar settings alongside new worlds while performing actions like running, jumping, punching, and kicking. The game presents brutal levels where death is an inevitable part of the experience. Completing a level provides a sense of accomplishment before players face the next challenge. The main story takes approximately four hours to finish, while including extras extends playtime to seven hours. A completionist run through all content requires about twelve hours. Replayability is built into the design with over 6000 level chunks that combine to create new unique levels each time. Finishing the game triggers an option to replay, which generates a whole new experience by presenting different combinations of these chunks. This system ensures that players encounter fresh content upon subsequent playthroughs.
