About
Tallowmere is an indie action game developed and published by Chris McFarland that was released on March 3, 2015. This title functions as a 2D platformer with roguelike elements where players can choose between single-player or co-op modes. The core gameplay loop involves raising a shield to block attacks and lowering it to strike enemies at the right moment. Players must also jump or move to avoid traps while using their shield to reduce incoming damage. Progression in Tallowmere relies on finding keys to advance to new rooms, which become progressively larger, more difficult, and more rewarding as you go deeper. Every session generates a new set of randomly placed enemies, elites, bosses, and treasure chests because the dungeon layout is procedurally created each time. You will collect various weapons, outfits, headgear, and shields of different rarities to aid your journey through Lady Tallowmere's dungeons. Completing the game requires approximately seven hours if you aim for a completionist run.Read moreShow less
