Albion Online Crystal Raiders Launches January 8th With New Crystal Weapons

On January 8th, the Crystal Raiders update comes to Albion Online, and with it comes some exciting new weapons. Three brand-new Crystal weapons will be introduced to the game, the first in a new weapon tree for the MMORPG.

Crystal Weapons are powerful new weapons crafted from Artifacts. Their design will have clear shapes and prominent crystal elements to them. The Artifacts used to create Crystal Weapons are rewarded at the end of each Guild Season in Conqueror's Challenge Chests. Higher-level chests will award higher-tier artifacts, and each Guild Season will introduce three new Crystal Weapons.

The first three Crystal Weapons will be the Infinity Blade sword with the "Limitbreaker" ability that allows you to charge up the sword and run into enemy forces, inflicting a double strike. The Rift Glaive spear is next with the "Razor's Edge" (shoutout old school WWF fans) ability that fires a massive projection of the spear's blade that pierces and deals massive damage. Finally, we have the Astral Staff arcane staff with the "Starfall" ability that rains a shower of deadly stars down on enemies.
