ArenaNet Announces Release Date Guild Wars 2: Visions Of Eternity Final Content Update

On September 15, ArenaNet will drop the next Guild Wars 2 expansion, bringing an end to the MMORPG's Visions of Eternity saga. The story will conclude with a trip to the Leyspring Hollows, a new explolrable zone where players will train the Rift Amplification Mastery and earn rewards in the process, such as the Tenebral Ward armor and the Shining Ward weapon set. There are also new relics players can unlock.

Aside from the story, the update also introduces other new playable content. The Wizard’s Vault has new objectives that will reward players with chair, armor, and weapon skins, including legendary rewards like the Wages of Stars sword and the new Volatile ascension infusion. For fans of group content, a new 10-player raid encounter titled Nexus of Eternity will drop in the weeks after ‘Code of Creation’. It will have both Challenge and Legendary modes. There’s also a new fractal for up to five players, and a new Convergence for up to 50 players to look forward to.
