Blackfire Attacks Titans Island As Homecoming Returns To DCUO

Today, the Homecoming Seasonal event kicked off in DC Universe Online, and it’s bringing trouble to Titans Island. Blackfire is on the attack, and the Titans are calling for help. Players who answer the call won’t go unrewarded. In fact, the event brings several new rewards to the game, including a new Starbolt Iconic Ability and a Starfire Base NPC. There’s even a new emote to be had.

The Starfire NPC can be placed in players’ bases, and players can interact with her. She has a full set of dialogue options and will share her thoughts on a variety of topics.

If, for some reason, players miss some of the Homecoming event, they don’t have to worry about missing out on rewards. Following the event, players of the F2P superhero MMORPG will have a month to buy out the event using marketplace currency, meaning they’ll be able to claim all the rewards as well.
