A new update is now available for Nexon’s 2D beat-em-up MMORPG Dungeon Fighter Online. The update introduces the new “Forest of Awakening” Legion Dungeon where players will fight to prevent plague energy from reaching the Sacred Beasts’ Place of Birth and Death. The forest needs to be purified and players will be rewarded for their troubles.

Also introduced in this update is the new Imprint System that allows players to enhance Fusion Stone abilities and make them stronger. A Safe Imprinting feature allows players to revert to their previous state, so you can experiment without worry.

The update isn’t all about adding new stuff, however. While players get to try out the shiny new Imprint system, the Equipment Growth System is going away. Players no longer need to worry about option level grinding for equipment as all existing equipment has had their option levels removed.

In addition, the update kicks off two new events. One will help players get ahead in the new Legion content. The other is Behi’s Winter Training Camp which will offer players support for building up two new characters, allowing them to reach max level quickly.
